“Between the Seasons” is a fitness program designed for paddlers to bridge the less active gap during the Nova Scotia winter. I’m running with my friend, Ben Costigan, at Core Essentials in Downtown Dartmouth.

The 15-week team training program begins in January and combines in-studio workshops with a personalized training program to keep paddlers in fighting shape for the spring.
